Sun is Showing Signs?

I taped cardboard around my Samsung flip phone. Pretty interesting video. I was hoping to block flares but I was not lucky. You can see the red and blue flares inside the cylinder. However, I see a small circle above the trees on the right that does not move when I move my phone. When the video is finished playing one can see the red flare on the building. I am not sure if the green halos that show are from the phone camera.
